An Tran Helmets commits that all products being sold are genuine products. In case the product you receive is defective, damaged or you want to exchange for a more suitable product model when the product is unused, An Tran commits to protecting customers with a return policy. as follows:
Return & refund regulations
1.1. Return/exchange policy
- Please check the product before payment. In case the product is damaged during transportation, please refuse and return the product to us.
- You can exchange the product for any other product. The difference will be refunded or compensated accordingly.
- For products delivered incorrectly as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible through our Customer Support Center. An Tran Customer Care Center will check if your order was sent by mistake. In that case, we will replace your requested item as soon as possible.
– Defective/damaged products are products that have technical errors during the manufacturing process or have scratches or peeling paint. For defective/damaged products, you will apply the return policy as clause 2 of the return and refund policy.
1.2 Conditions for exchange/return:
- The product must be in its original packaging, complete with purchase invoice and promotional gift (if any).
- Unused product. No distortion or deformation.
- The product must still have all the manufacturer's certification labels.
- We will not accept returns for products damaged by chemicals, scratches, or human factors.
1.3. Return/exchange process
Step 1: After receiving the goods. Take the time to read the user manual carefully and make sure the product suits your needs. We request you to check carefully once before receiving the goods. If there is a problem, please contact our Customer Support Center while the delivery staff is still available. In case the delivery staff has left, please contact us for processing.
Customers can exchange or return goods within 07 days from the date of receipt, An Tran Helmets will exchange or refund 100% to customers according to the regulations clearly stated in clauses 2, 3, 4, & 5.
Step 2: After the Customer Support Center receives information. You need to prepare the following information for the product return to be valid:
- Invoice proving time of purchase. Guaranteed 7 days to return products from the date of purchase.
- The product must still have its original tags, seals, and be unused.
- Customers, please send the product to the address provided by our Customer Support Center and please provide information NAME + PHONE NUMBER + BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER on the An Tran Helmets fanpage to carry out the exchange process. Returns.
Step 3: After An Tran Helmets confirms receipt of the exchanged/returned goods, within 07 days, An Tran's accounting department will refund the customer by bank transfer. Please provide complete information in the Return and Delivery Record for An Tran Helmets to make a refund.
Note: Only applicable once for each customer when returning a product, counted from the date of purchase on the invoice.
Pay shipping fees when returning/exchanging goods
2.1. 100% free shipping on exchanges/returns
– For defective products that are inspected by the customer upon receipt: An Tran will pay 100% of the shipping fee both ways.
– In case the product is defective/wrong model delivered and the customer does not want to exchange for a new product: An Tran will bear the delivery fee, the customer will pay the return fee.
2.2. Pay shipping fees when exchanging/returning goods
– For non-defective products and customers want to exchange for a new product: Customers will pay shipping fees both ways.
– In case the product is not defective and the customer does not want to exchange for a new product: The customer will bear the shipping fee both ways.
